Job Description: Covenant Christian High School (Indianapolis) seeks a committed Christian leader for the full-time position of Academic Dean. Ideal candidates for this position have an advanced degree in the field education or other applicable field and bring a wealth of experience in both curriculum development and pedagogy. The Academic Dean is a coach and mentor to all teachers and academic Department Heads, promoting flourishing, collaboration, growth, and accountability through our academic programming. The Academic Dean will ensure that a biblical Christian worldview permeates all academic programming through regular collaborative training and equipping of our faculty.
