Where: Clarksville, Tennesee Date to Remove Posting: 8/31/2023 Overview: Clarksville Christian School, a private, Christian PK-12 organization, is seeking dynamic and experienced Administrators at all levels to help lead and oversee all aspects of our school's operations and join our administrative team. School Administrators at CCS will be responsible for ensuring that our school runs smoothly and effectively, while upholding the Christian values and ethos that underpin our community. Founded in 2007, CCS has experienced rapid growth over the past four years. Our beautiful campus is located approximately 45 minutes northwest of Nashville in a community that is rapidly growing and vibrant with activity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the daily operations of the school, including administrative tasks, financial management, faculty support and curriculum development. - Ensure that the school's policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all staff members are in alignment with relevant regulations and standards. - Foster a positive school culture and Christian values by developing and implementing programs that -support the school's mission and values. - Manage and oversee the school's recruitment and retention of faculty and staff, ensuring that all employees are qualified, motivated, and effective in their roles. - Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, faculty, staff, and students to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment. - Promote the school's brand and reputation in the community through marketing and outreach efforts. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Educational Leadership, Ed Administration, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an educational setting, with experience in managing and motivating staff, developing curriculum, and implementing policies and procedures. - Strong Christian faith and values, and the ability to promote these values within the school community. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including parents, students, staff, and members of the wider community. - Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting and financial planning. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
